How do I create an event on PartyVerse?
Download the PartyVerse app from the Play Store or App Store, sign up, then tap "My Events." You'll be presented with two options - “receive gifts” or “host an event”, select the latter. Go ahead and pick the type of event you're planning (e.g., Social and Community Gathering, birthday, wedding, etc.), name your event, set the timeline, and add details.
How do i sell tickets on PartyVerse?
Start by creating your event, then tap "Sell tickets, merch & more" to set up ticketing. You'll have the flexibility to offer group tickets, enable multiple purchases per guest, and create custom discount codes to incentivize early sales or reward loyal attendees.
How can I get PartyVerse to partner with my event?
For partnership inquiries, you can contact Partyverse at contact@partyverse.com or reach out through our social media channels (Instagram: @partyverseapp, Twitter: @partyverseapp). Mention your event details and partnership proposal.
Must I download the app to use PartyVerse?
Not necessarily! If you receive a ticket link, you can purchase tickets via the PartyVerse website. However, for the complete PartyVerse experience- including creating events, managing guest lists, coordinating with vendors, and sharing memories- we recommend downloading the app from the Play Store or App Store.
How do I make my event public on PartyVerse?
When creating your event, you can adjust privacy settings to make it discoverable on PartyVerse. To do this, scroll down on the “plan” section of your event, you'll find “Quick Links” that has the “Make your event plans public” toggle.
Can I plan my small events with PartyVerse?
Yes! PartyVerse is designed for events of all sizes - from intimate gatherings and house parties to large celebrations like weddings and corporate events. PartyVerse is built for both everyday users and professional planners.
How do I add a co-planner on PartyVerse?
PartyVerse has collaborative tools that allow you to assign roles and share tasks with team members. Under the “Plan” section of your event, scroll down till you see “Planner Board”. Tap on “Planners” and you'll be taken to a page that shows you and a “+” button at the top right. Tap on that to add your dream team. All you need is their nickname and their WhatsApp number. Please note that your team members must have the app in order for them to be added as co-planners. You can also turn on the toggle to allow planners invite new members.
Can I use PartyVerse to email my guests?
Yes! PartyVerse has a broadcast feature that lets you send messages to all your guests or target specific groups. You can choose to send messages via email, push notifications, or SMS- all free of charge. You can also target guests based on what they’ve purchased, making your communications more relevant and personalised.
How can I promote my event on PartyVerse
PartyVerse offers two promotional tools under the “Promote” tab. You can use Party Promoters, which allows people to promote your event for a commission on ticket sales. You can also send broadcast messages to your guests via email, push notifications, or SMS to keep them updated and engaged. These tools help boost your event’s visibility and reach a wider audience.
